Our Community

Links Edge is a 60-unit condominium located on a quiet street adjacent to the 18 hole, 6000 yard, par 70, Deep Creek Golf Club. The Club House, multi-purpose pathways and public tennis are all within a short walk. Charlotte Harbor Event Center, Historic Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte Beach Complex and Punta Gorda Airport are within an easy 15 minute drive. Convenient to Charlotte Sports Park and I-75.

We are a professionally managed condominium offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath units of 1148 and 1276 sf. In-unit washer / dryers a plus. Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium Association?

A: One vote per unit or 1/60th of the total vote.

Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?

A: No commercial use is allowed. Units should be used as a single family residence.

Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium document on the leasing of my unit?

A: No lease less than one month or more than twelve months. A maximum of two leases in a 12-month period.

Q: Are utilities included?

A: Utilities for water, electricity, cable etc. is the owner’s responsibility.

Q: Do I have to be a member of any other association? If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association?

A: Owners are automatically a member of the Deep Creek Section 23 Association. Your voting rights are defined within that association’s governing documents. No regular assessments are due as those are included in the Links Edge assessment.

Q: Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?

A: No

Q: Are pets allowed?

1. A unit Owner shall be allowed to have up to two (2) domestic pets/animals per Unit consisting of a combination of the following: dog, domestic cat or bird. Pets must be kept on a leash, or caged, and under direct control at all times when outside the Unit.

Pets per Unit shall not be allowed to collectively exceed 40 pounds

2. Lessees and their guests are not allowed any pets of any kind to be kept on the Condominium Property, nor may they acquire a pet, either temporarily or permanently, after occupancy.
